ORDER PROCESSING TIMES 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the following business day. During high-volume periods or major promotional events, processing times may extend by 1 business day.

EXPLICIT DELIVERY TIMES AND RATES

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. The exact delivery times following dispatch are as follows:

1. United Kingdom Domestic Deliveries:

  • Standard Shipping: Explicit delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Explicit delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.

2. International Deliveries:

  • Standard International Shipping: Explicit delivery time is 7 to 14 business days (subject to destination location and regional customs clearing times).

(Total estimated time from order placement to delivery = Processing Time + Delivery Time).

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

CORNER 93 is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, import duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

A valid physical street address is required for all deliveries. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, or failure to collect the package from a local depot, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
